Yolanda Chen

Yolanda Chen is a passionate and dedicated young pianist who began playing piano at just 3½ years old. She has successfully completed her RCM Level 10 piano and theory and is currently studying for her ARCT under the guidance of Mr. Clinton Giovanni Denoni — all at the impressive age of 13.

In 2022, Yolanda won first place in the Crescendo International Music Competition. With a deep love for classical music, she enjoys both listening to and performing it every day. She also shares her gift with the community, occasionally performing for the residents of Crofton Manor.

Beyond the piano, Yolanda enjoys acting in her school’s musicals and playing sports such as basketball and volleyball. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to perform with the orchestra in Chilliwack this May.
